A little lower is a positive video dedicated to the unprecedented action of KLM airline. To demonstrate the level of their service even to those who do not fly KLM, they created an innovative information and analytical center “Happytohelp” at Amsterdam Airport.

The work of the center was as follows: for five days, 24 hours a day, analyzing people’s messages on Twitter and other social networks, they found those around the world who had problems related to flights and who needed help, and provided this help, moreover every time doing it creatively and beautifully. The video, in fact, is about individual cases of providing such support. We look:
