My little Euro-tour is over, but I’m probably going to Madeira Gourmet anyway. This gastronomic festival. It will pass, according to some information, from 3 to 7 November. Madeira, you know. The bottom line is this: traditional Madeiran dishes (mainly a variety of seafood) will be elevated to the rank of high gastronomy and presented to the public in most five-star hotels on the island. Various venerable European chefs will flock to the fest. Details about the festival and a full list of chefs can be found on the event website. True, it says that the event will take place between March 16 and 20, 2010, but event tweeted a closer date, the one I indicated at the beginning of this post. Need to check!
